本工程为某房地产开发有限公司开发建设的杭政储出(2009)33号地块商业金融用房工程,位于杭州市江干区九堡镇九安路与九恒路交叉口西南侧。建设单位为某房地产开发有限公司;设计单位为某嘉华建筑设计研究院有限公司;监理单位为北京中联环建设工程管理有限公司;施工单位为某新瑞建设集团有限公司。本工程1#、3#、4#、6#楼建筑高度为49.86m,地下2层,地上11层,1层~7层层高4.98m,8层~11层层高3.00m;
