某小型燃煤电站锅炉烟气除尘系统设计

摘要:该设计主要为某小型燃煤电站锅炉烟气除尘系统设计,设计耗煤量为5748.3kg/h,

分析锅炉烟气特点,排烟温度550℃,烟气密度:1.37kg/m及排放要求后初步选择了文丘里除尘器,通过课程计进一步巩固课程所学习的核心内容,掌握设计的内容以及相关参数的选择与计算,并使所学知识系统化,培养学生运用所学习知识进行烟气处理工艺的设计。本次设计,是让学生针对给定的处理工艺,选择相应参数的计算,绘制工艺图,使学生具有初步的烟气处理单元的设计能力。

A small coal-fired boiler flue gas dust removal system design

Abstract:The design for a small coal-fired boiler flue gas dust removal system design,the design of coal consumption for the 5748.3kg/h, analysis of boiler flue gas, flue gas temperature is 550 ℃, smoke density: 1.37kg/m3 and emission requirements after the preliminary selection of Venturi filter, through the course of the core content to further consolidate the course of study, master these lection and calculation of design the content and the related parameters, and makes the knowledge system, training the students to use the knowledge to design process of flue gas treatment. This design, is to let the students for a given treatment, select the appropriate parameters calculation, drawing, enable the student to have the design capability of flue gas treatment unit preliminary.
