No personal injury accident occurred, no major accident and above, no major fire accidents without environmental pollution accidents, safety for three consecutive years to maintain stability to good posture. Business financial indicators: total profits of 255 million Yuan, beyond the annual budget of 207 million Yuan, beyond the Datang company index 41.89 million Yuan, an increase of 1.76 million Yuan, FCM assessment at grade four. --Energy: power supply standard coal completing 312.25 g/kWh, down 0.1 g/kWh; integrated auxiliary power consumption ratio in 5.12%, down 0.26%; pollutant emissions performance greatly reduced compared to last year, carbon 0.09 g/kWh, sulfur dioxide 0.104 g/kWh NOx 0.512 g/kWh; dust removal efficiency of more than 99.8%. --Reliability index: equivalent availability factor in 93.47%, increased 7.95% from a year earlier. 林锦店新型社区康桥九溪郡·溪苑项目位于新郑市双湖大道与新郑路交叉路口西南角。我公司承建的303#、306#、309#楼概况如下:

基础筏板预计在2014年9月施工,该期间天气变化不大,白天平均气温为20℃~25℃,夜晚为16℃~20℃,昼夜温差预计为4℃~9℃。

施工中需解决以下难点:

1、控制混凝土的内外温差、内部综合温差。降温时大体积混凝土中心温度与表面

2、施工采用泵送混凝土分层浇筑,混凝土浇筑强度较大,必须使混凝土具有足够的凝结时间和保塑性,以满足大工作面施工需要,防止出现施工缝。

3、改善底板外约束条件,确保底板底抗裂安全度。

针对以上难点,必须通过周密的施工组织措施,科学合理的配合比设计、严格的温度控制监测措施、严格的浇筑养护方法、严格的质量保证制度来确保大体积混凝土施工顺利完成。

四、大体积混凝土筏板的施工技术准备 1、混凝土供应准备

(1)本工程筏板混凝土为C35掺膨胀剂的补偿收缩防水混凝土,抗渗等级P8级。 (2)我项目部将采用商品混凝土浇筑,施工前三天,我项目部将要求商品混凝土供应商派技术人员和调度人员到现场,进行混凝土配合比交底,确定供应计划、混凝土运输线路。

(3)项目部提前做好现场准备,疏通道路,泵车就位,确保搅拌车到达到现场后能及时卸料。

2、机具准备

考虑各种不利因素的影响,并根据大体积混凝土施工的技术要求(大体积混凝土浇筑不宜过快,斜面分层时后一层浇筑时前一层的混凝土还没初凝为准,否则因水化热释放过于集中,容易引起温度裂缝),混凝土的浇筑速度以每小时60-80m3为宜,每栋楼号筏板使用一台臂长56m混凝土泵车结合溜槽浇筑。

(1)为保证混凝土浇筑连续进行,大体积混凝土施工时应有生产组织保证,管理组织安排:现场总负责人、施工员、安全员各1人。

(2)混凝土浇筑操作人员及养护分两班作业,每班作业12h。

作业面负责人由混凝土班组长负责,各班组由负责人跟班管理,进行过程控制。每作业班组的操作人员安排如下:

混凝土振捣 泵车出料 牵引泵管、摊铺 收面 养护

3人 2人 6人 3人 2人

(3)钢筋工、木工各派2人现场值守,对混凝土浇筑过程中钢筋或模板出现的问题及时整改,保证混凝土浇筑不间断进行。

(4)其它后勤保障人员:

物资(外部协调搅拌、运输) 后勤 电工

4、作业条件

(1)筏板钢筋绑扎、抗水板插筋施工完毕,隐蔽验收合格;

(2)后浇带按设计要求留置,外墙吊模、电梯基坑(集水坑)内模验收合格; (3)防雷接地施工完毕,隐蔽验收合格;

(4)止水钢板安装完毕,底板防水卷材甩槎长度满足设计要求,并采取保护措施; (5)测量放线已复核完毕,满足设计要求;筏板面标高+50cm线投测至墙柱插筋上并用胶带作标记。

五、施工工艺 1、混凝土浇筑方法

混凝土采用斜面分层浇筑法,使斜截面自然成坡、分层一次到顶连续浇筑,不留施工缝。每层浇筑厚度500mm,从一侧向另一侧一次性浇筑,上翻300高外墙待基础底板浇筑约2小时后浇筑,底板及外墙的混凝土浇筑均应连续,不留施工缝。

混凝土浇筑由一侧向另一侧平行后退。每台班配3台振动器负责振捣,每个工作班
