摘要

中小企业经过几十年来一路的风风雨雨,摸爬滚打,如今已经成为我国整个国名经济发展的生力军,其作用和地位日益凸显。经济全球化的核心是信息化,信息化的核心是电子商务。随着电子商务时代的到来和发展,在市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,如何正确认识电子商务对我国中小企业发展中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出相应对策,如何把电子商务更好的与现代中小企业融会贯通,相辅相成,是当今企业迫切需要解决的课题。这对于我国中小企业的发展乃至整个国名经济的健康发展都有着十分重要的战略意义。新形势下,如何寻找发展空间,如何实施电子商务战略,紧抓发展机遇,跟上时代的步伐。电子商务是现代企业管理中一个重要的环节,只有更好的发挥电子商务在现代企业中的作用,才是使企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地的必经之路。本文首先介绍了电子商务对中小企业的作用和影响,对中小企业应用电子商务的环境进行了分析,并根据中小企业发展电子商务面临的主要问题,结合当前形势对中小企业更好的应用电子商务给出了对策,提出了自己的见解和主张希望对中小企业的发展有所帮助。

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises through decades road groundless

development, the role and status of the increasingly prominent. Economic globalization is the core of informatization, informatization is the core of electronic commerce. With the advent and development of e-commerce era, the increasingly fierce competition in the

market today, how to correctly understand thedevelopment of small and medium sized enterprises in China on the issue of electronic commerce, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems,how to e-commerce better mastery, and modern small and medium-sized

enterprisescomplement each other, is today's enterprises in urgent need of. For the healthy development of our country small and medium-sized enterprise development and even the entire national economy has a very important strategic significance. Under the new situation, how to findspace for development, how to implement electronic commerce strategy, seize thedevelopment opportunity, keep pace with the times. Electronic commerce is an important part of modern enterprise management, only better play the role of e-commerce in the modern enterprises, is the only way which must be passed to enable enterprises to remain invincible in the fierce market competition.
