酒店管理系统的分析与设计报告

摘要：本设计主要目的是为酒店管理者提供方便快捷的管理服务。其功能包括统一的报表管理为房价管理模块，为房价设置、控制，提供了便捷的工具，可以对房价以及不同房间类型的销售进行管理、实时的监控和策略调整，并在系统中提供收入的预测以及统计分析等功能。 其连接了餐饮，客房服务，财务，顾客反馈、库存管理，物品采购等酒店几大部分。方便的在顾客结账退宿时形成顾客消费清单。并自动形成经营报表以便酒店管理者进行分析管理。其特点是连接餐饮、客房服务及库存管理等部分。当顾客点餐后自动形成菜单计入顾客个人账户，省去由服务员提供点餐的环节节省人力。

1 系统分析

1.1 设计背景

酒店里包括前台服务、客房服务、餐饮服务、财务、库存管理、月末年终报表等管理非常繁琐。当前某些中等规模的酒店仍然固守陈旧的管理方法。而本组设计的酒店管理系统是基于信息化的技术，加上某些信息化终端，便可以极大地节省人力，方便管理。

1.2 系统功能需求描述

系统功能包括以下方面：

财务管理：月末自动生成经营报表，客房服务、餐饮服务、洗浴等服务联入客人账户形成消费清单

前台管理：自动形成客人账户，客人消费计入客人账户资料存入数据库 库存管理：方便库存管理物品出入库自动形成清单
