毕业设计(论文)说明书

题 目： CA6140开合螺母 加工工艺及夹具设计

摘 要

本毕业设计是CA6140车床上的螺母（也更准确的说法也可以称之为开合螺母）的设计，包括以下几个方面：设计的组件，计算过程和工作时间，两套夹具设计（车床，钻床，每一组），所要求的特殊夹具，和相应的制卡和简单的运动仿真。

专用夹具方案的确定，机械设计行业加工中，是一步非常非常重要一个步骤。专用夹具的方案适合与否，几乎都直接决定了该零件能否进行批量高效的加工。我们在最终肯定其设计方案时应遵循以下几点规定与法则：那么最开始第一点必须要保证加工质量，设计的结构尽可能要简单（只要满足加工要求，夹具本身越单一越好），操作起来要简单可行，比如钻床同一个零件二次装夹，就必须考虑到这一点，不然会大大降低加工效率）制造成本的经济效益较高，例如本零件的毛坯铸造可用青铜，也可用45#或者灰铸铁，此时就要确定好是否符合经济效益原则。特别是我们的导师柏老师，明明是中午午休时间，却放弃了自己私人的午休，为我们做毕设的同学们牺牲了宝贵的时间，只为了我们能够在这四年的总结中给母校交出满意的答卷。

对于我而言，我希望在“此次的模拟的非实际加工产品”的设计可以锻炼自己的综合分析问题的方法，如何准确和解决问题的能力，而且对同学们的未来就业与实操，打下了异常良好的基础性工作。总的来说，这次毕设所带给我们的是平时无法学到的，收获很多！
