本学期，初中英语教学教研工作将以“以研促教、以教促质、全面优质、建设教育强校”为目标，继续以“教育科研为教学实践服务，教育科研促进教师专业发展”为主导思想，以深化课程改革和课堂教学改革为重点，强化教学评价，按照提出问题研究，制定方案解决，总结经验推广”的工作思路，扎实有效地开展教学研究、课题研究、教学指导、经验交流和教学服务等工作，促进学生英语素质的全面提高，促进英语教师业务水平、理论水平和教学技能的不断提高，使我校初中英语教育教学质量再攀新台阶。 二、工作思路

(一) 加强理论学习，深化课程改革

1.进一步组织初中教师认真学习《课程标准》及相关教育教学理论。利用各种教研形式，安排好英语教师的有计划的外语教育教学理论学习。

2.各年级组结合本校实际在所订学期教研计划中安排一定量的英语教育教学理论学习和研讨交流。
