一、施工方案

1、测量放样

利用在本桥建立的导线测量控制网,采用全站仪放出每根立柱的四个角,依据放样点确定出准确的轮廓线,并将轮廓线范围内的混凝土在浇筑承台时就进行拉毛处理,在立模之前先用水冲洗净。

2、脚手架搭设

在钢筋安装及墩身模板安装前,采用Φ50mm钢管及相应的扣件进行桥墩井加式支撑平台的搭设。横向相邻的桥墩相互连接形成整体搭设支撑,并按2m设置一层作业平台,各墩作业平台保持在同一水平面上并相互连通,并根据实际情况增加剪刀形支撑,底层立撑增加斜撑,以增强井架支撑平台稳定性(支架搭设见下图)。

⑴ 钢筋下料及加工在钢筋加工场制作成型,然后运至现场安装。桥墩立柱钢筋笼的绑扎在万能杆件支架顶操作平台上进行,先在操格平台上绑扎好上口样钢筋,以防柱子钢筋偏移造成模板无法校正或钢筋保护层过小。

⑵ 钢筋加工前必须调直及除锈,钢筋调直和清除污锈应符合下列要求:

1) 钢筋表面应洁净、无油渍、漆皮、鳞、锈等;

2) 钢筋应平直,无局部弯折,成盘的钢筋和弯曲的钢筋均应调直。 3) 采用冷拉方法调直时,Ⅰ级钢筋的冷拉率不宜大于2%;HRB335、

HRB400、牌号钢筋的冷拉率不宜大于1%。

4) 钢筋的弯制和末端的弯钩应符合设计和现行的规范要求。 ⑶ 钢筋接长时,钢筋焊接点的位置应错开50d(1.25m),保证同一截面的主筋接头不超过50%。主筋直径为25mm,采用双面焊进行焊接,搭接长度不小于5d(d为钢筋直径)。使用材质高的电焊条(5字头开头的焊条),焊接时要求焊缝密实、光滑、无气孔及焊渣 。 ⑷ 主筋安装到位后,再根据施工设计图在主筋上划出箍筋位置,然后依据划出的箍筋位置将箍筋安装好 。 5、墩柱模板

⑴ 桥墩模板采用厂制大平面刚度、强度符合设计要求的组合模板,具有装拆容易、施工操作方便、安全可靠等优点。钢模板运至施工现场后进行修整和除锈、打磨工作,涂刷脱模剂后才能进行安装使用。

⑵ 安装模板前,应放出桥墩大样,并做出立模样架,校正点位,准确定位模板位置,保证墩身钢筋保护层符合设计要求,并用垂线校正墩模的垂直度 。

⑶ 模板安装必须将所有配扣件上齐。需在找平的拉毛的承台上抹一层砂浆后,再将第一节模板安装上去,坐浆挤紧,保证桩基与模板间接缝密实以防浇筑砼时漏浆 。 6、混凝土浇筑

⑴ 浇筑桥墩混凝土前应对钢筋保护层厚度和墩身纵轴进复测。并对模板、钢筋、预埋件,以及各种机具、设备进行检查,各项条件符合要求,各项准备工作安排就绪并经监理同意后,才能浇筑混凝土 。 ⑵ 混凝土采用自拌混凝土,砼运输采用混凝土罐车,混凝土吊斗分次送入模板,振捣采用插入式振动器捣固 。

⑶ 为保证砼不溅到上部模板上及不产生离析,砼通过导管下到模板内。然后用人工入模捣固。墩身顶面要用水平仪控制标高,一般浇筑的混凝土都会高出设计立柱顶10cm左右,以便在浇注盖梁前凿出新鲜混凝土,更好的和盖梁连接。

⑷ 浇筑砼时,采用水平分层浇筑,浇筑上层砼时,应在下层砼初凝或能重塑前浇筑完成。捣固时振动器移动间距不超过振动器作用半径的1.5倍,与侧模保持50~100mm的距离,插入下层砼50~100mm,每一处振毕,边振动边徐徐提出振动棒,应避免振动棒碰撞模板及钢筋。 ⑸ 每一振动部位必须振动到该部位混凝土密实为止,即混凝土停止
