1. I’m Starving 我饿死了

BACKGROUND 背景

Two friends after work are deciding on what to do for dinner. 两个朋友下班后正在决定吃什么晚餐。

This is a very common expression, but it also is the cause of a very common error. I have met more than one Chinese person who has said they are “broken” instead of “broke”. There is really a big difference!
