股利政策的影响因素分析及其选择 —以青岛海尔股份有限公司为例

摘要
股利政策主要是上市公司关于是否派发股利、股利派发额多少的政策。合理适度的股利政策可以有效的提升公司的形象。但是很多上市公司的股利政策的制定都存在盲目性，原因是不能综合考虑股利政策的影响因素，不能对各种影响因素进行定性和定量的判断，所以为了选择合理的股利政策而对各种影响因素的研究尤为必要。
本文首先分析我国上市公司股利政策的现状和问题，并阐述股利政策的四种类型以及各种影响因素。其次研究各种内部因素和外部因素对青岛海尔股份有限公司股利政策选择的重要影响。这些因素主要包括限制性条件因素、股东因素、公司自身情况因素、外部环境影响因素等。接着分析研究青岛海尔股份有限公司是如何依据各种影响因素选择合理的股利政策的。最后提出股利政策的选择应该结合公司的成长周期并且综合考虑各种影响因素。

Abstract
Dividend policy is whether to pay dividends of listed companies and how much to pay the amount of dividends.Reasonable dividend policy can effectively improve the company's image, but many listed companies’ dividend policies are blind.The reason is they not taken into account the impact of dividend policy factors and can not accurately determine the factors affecting.So to choose a reasonable dividend policy we research factors affecting is more necessary.
The article firstly discusses the dividend policy of listed companies present situation and problems ,and describes the four types of dividend policy and various factors influencing.
Secondly researchs the internal factors and external factors on the Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. a major influence dividend policy options. These factors include restrictive conditions、company’s own situation and shareholders’ factors、external environment , etc.
Thirdly analysises how the Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. choices dividend policy according to factors Influencing.Finally My point of view is the choice of dividend policy should be combined with the company's growth cycle and comprehensive consideration of various factors.
