摘要
一个企业的财务状况是最能反映出这个企业的实际运营情况，和它的规模、它的盈利与亏损，甚至于这个企业的未来发展情况都可以从现在的财务状况来进行分析。而一个企业的财务报表能展现出这个企业的全部财务情况，通过对企业的财务报表分析能够为投资者和经营者更好的了解企业的运营能力以及企业的“健康程度”，利用财务报表对集团企业的偿还债务能力、运营能力、盈利能力、健康状况等各个方面进行全方位的分析。
由于伊利集团官网上只公布了2016年上半年度的财务报告，本文主要做全年年度的财务报告分析，所以本文对2013年度—2015年度进行分析
本文通过分析法、因素分析法等财务分析方法对内蒙古伊利实业集团股份有限公司连续三年的财务报表（资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表）进行分析，分析该企业的财务情况、运营能力以及偿债能力，对其进行评估。
