摘 要

大型超市在中国的发展历史不是很长，但推广的势头比较猛，而如何在超市仓储管

理上进行合理、科学的管理，则是一个新的课题。沃尔玛代表着世界超市管理的潮流，其仓储管理更是其主要特色和成功的秘诀。本论文介绍了沃尔玛收货作业基本流程、采用的几种物流配送方式、仓储制度和仓储管理流程，方便大家对大型快速流通商业的物流和仓储有更深刻和具体的了解，并希望给中国零售业的仓储解决和物流发展给予一些参考和启示。

Abstract

Large supermarket in China's history is not very long, but to promote the momentum is fierce, but how the reasonable, scientific management in the supermarket warehouse management, is a new topic. WAL-MART stands for World supermarket management trend, the warehouse management is the main characteristics and the secret of success. This paper introduces the basic process of WAL-MART receiving operation, logistics and distribution methods, using several storage system and storage management procedures, to facilitate a more profound and detailed understanding of the large rapid flow of business logistics and warehousing, give some reference and inspiration storage solutions and logistics development and hope to the Chinese retail industry.
