摘要

本设计的内容是关于15万吨/年聚丙烯的生产工艺设计,设计中包括工艺流程设计、物料衡算、能量衡算,设备选型,安全环保和经济技术评价。在本文中比较详细的计算出来了原料的单位用量、产品的单位产量,由算得的换热面积选择出来适合本工艺的各种设备,按照选择的工艺设计出了工艺流程图和生产车间图样,并在最后编写了可行性研究报告、商业规划书和用户手册。

通过本设计,可以对环管法聚丙烯合成车间工艺及聚合工段设计有一个初步的认识和了解,了解到环管法聚丙烯合成的基本流程。

Abstract

This design content is about 150000 tons/year polypropylene production technology design, design including process flow design, material calculation, energy calculation, equipment selection, safe environmental protection and economic technology evaluation. In this paper a detailed calculation out of raw materials, product of dosage units unit output, is by the heat transfer area selected for the various kinds of equipment technology, according to the selection process design out of the process flow diagram and production workshop pattern, and in the last wrote the feasibility study report, business planning books and user manuals.

Through the design, can HuanGuan method of polypropylene synthesis process and polymerization design workshop section in a preliminary understanding and know, and understand to HuanGuan synthesis method of the basic process of polypropylene.
