『摘要】目的:探讨辛伐他汀治疗动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床疗效.方法:选取2010年1月～2011年6月来本院就诊的
60例动脉粥样硬化斑块患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组患者给予饮食控制,非他汀类药物治
疗,观察组患者给予辛伐他汀40mg,1次/dI:1服,连续治疗18个月,分别观察第6,12,18个月后两组患者血生化各
项指标的变化,动脉粥样硬化斑块的变化及血液流变学各指标的变化.结果:两组治疗后,总胆固醇(TC),三酰甘油
(TG),低密度值蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)均有不同程度的下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)有所上升,与同组治疗前
比较,各项指标差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗18个月后两组间差异亦具有统计学意义(P<O.05);两组治
疗后动脉粥样硬化斑块均减小,观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,显着高于对照组的80.o0%,两组间差异有统计学
意义(P<O.05);两组治疗后血液流变学各指标均有明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<O.05),且两组间
同一时间比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<O.05).结论:辛伐他汀治疗动脉粥样硬化斑块,疗效显着,值得临床推广使用.

Objective:Toobservethecurativeeffectsofsimvastatininthetreatmentofatheroscleroticplaque.Methods:
SixtypatientswithatheroscleroticplaquewereselectedfromJanuary2010toJune2011andweredividedintoobservation
groupandcontrolgroup30caseseach,thecontrolgroupweregivenalimentarycontrol,non-statindrugtreatment,theob-
servationgroupweregivensimvastatin40mgonceadayorally,andtwogroupswereallgiven18monthscontinuoustreat—
ment.Bloodbiochemicalindicators,atheroscleroticplaquechangesandrheologyoftheindicatorswereobservedafter6,12
