泡排剂的应用

摘 要
在天然气开发过程中,当气井产水时,气藏能量将会降低,逐渐变成间歇井,甚至因井底严重积液而停产。泡沫排水采气是一种经济性高、效率高、施工方便的排水采气技术。泡沫排水也存在很大的局限性,它一般受井深、井温、及产层水质的矿化度等多种条件的限制。本文针对不同油田的地层水矿化度、温度等情况,通过实验选择有效的泡排剂以维护天然气井的正常生产;通过实验测试泡排剂在不同环境下的适应能力和各种性能以满足天然气开采的需要。研究结果表明泡排剂在不同矿化度的水样中以及不同的温度下其效果不一致,相对来说,泡排剂CT5-2的性能更稳定,效果更明显。 关键词:气井 泡排剂 泡沫排水 机理

oil-field turns circumstances, such as degree and temperature...etc. and pass an experiment choice a valid bubble row with the maintenance natural gas well of normal produce; Orientation ability and various function passing the experiment test bubble row under the different environment with satisfy the natural gas mine of demand. Study the result enunciation bubble row in the different mineral turn the water kind of degree and the different temperature descend its effect inconformity, opposite to say, the function which steeps a row CT5-2 more stable, the effect is more obvious.
