甲、乙双方根据中华人民共和国法律、法规等相关规定，本着诚信、互惠、规范的原则，经友好协商，就甲方通过“XXXX平台”与乙方合作等事项，达成一致协议，双方共同遵守：

一、协议期限

二、费用结算

1.4【税赋】甲乙双方根据本协议开展的业务以人民币作为结算货币。乙方因进行交易、有偿接受“XXXX平台”服务等而发生的所有费用、应纳税赋，由乙方自行承担。

三、甲乙双方的权利义务 3.1甲方的权利义务

3.1.1甲方根据本协议向乙方提供“XXXX平台”服务，在乙方申请获审核通过后【】个工作日内开通服务，乙方应按本协议约定向甲方交纳各项费用。

3.1.2乙方在使用”XXXX平台”过程中发现异常的，有权及时与甲方取得联系，并记录当前异常现象，便于甲方及时做出诊断；甲方对乙方在使用“XXXX平台”过程中遇到的问题、建议、意见积极予以回复。

3.1.3甲方将向乙方提供所有的美容、美甲、美发、化妆等所需要的所有产品，但是乙方需承担该产品的成本费用。

3.1.4甲方有权对乙方进行定位，以便于更好的将乙方通过“XXXX平台”得到更多消费者的认可，乙方对此予以认可，并承诺遵守执行。

3.1.5甲方有权对乙方私自线下收款的行为进行处罚，处罚金额为收款金额的200%，且乙方对此予以认可。

3.1.6甲方有权对乙方实行星级管理、星级评价、星级服务等形式在“XXXX平台”上进行推广。

3.1.7甲方有义务将对乙方进行统一的培训及考核，若甲方觉得乙方不能胜任客户需求的，甲方有权要求乙方重新通过考核后方可继续履行本协议。
