海尔企业核心竞争力分析

内容提要

随着全球经济一体化的趋势不断加强和知识经济时代的到来,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,核心竞争力已经成为我国企业在国际市场上竞争的关键因素。特别是我国民营企业,在国有企业强劲的打压和国外企业全面“入侵”的双重压力之下,必须具有核心竞争力才能在激烈的竞争中占有一席之地。因此,在我国当前的环境形势下,我国企业有必要形成自身的核心竞争力。本文将首先介绍核心竞争力的内涵和外延,分析其特征以及影响核心竞争力的主要因素,然后以海尔集团为例,分析海尔所具备的核心竞争力,为其他企业提供借鉴。

Abstract

Continue to strengthen with the trend of global economic integration and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, more and more intense competition among enterprises, the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the international market competition has become a key factor. Particular, China's private enterprises, under strong pressure from state-owned enterprises and foreign enterprises comprehensive \competition. Therefore, the current environmental situation in China, Chinese enterprises need to form their own core competitiveness. This article first introduces the connotation and extension of the core competitiveness, analyze its characteristics and the main factors affecting the core competitiveness, for example, analysis of the core competitiveness of Haier and Haier Group, to provide a reference for other companies.
