Dear Mr Smith,

I’m writing to give some suggestions on how to better serve disabled customers.

First, it is necessary to read the menu for blind customers, as it shows your respect for them and makes them comfortable. Second, if the waiters can use gestures, deaf-mute customers or those with hearing problems would be very happy. Third, there could be some special tables for people in wheelchairs. If you could pay attention to the needs of different customers, the customers will enjoy eating in your restaurant.

I hope you’ll find my suggestions useful.

Dear Mr Smith,

I’m writing this letter with the intention of offering some suggestions on how to better serve disabled customers.

To begin with, it is necessary to read the menu for blind customers, which shows your respect for them and makes them feel at home. Also, it is vital for the waiters to use gestures when serving deaf-mute customers or those with hearing problems. This makes them feel as important as other customers. More importantly, don’t forget to prepare some tables specially designed for those who have to sit in their wheelchairs.
