摘要

焊接翻转机构的结构尺寸、平稳性、翻转的连续性以及制造成本对提高焊接效率和保证安全性有很大的影响，研究了可以实现原地低位的翻转机构，并对动态稳定性进行分析，结果表明：翻转机构在翻转时连续平稳。翻转机构占地空间小，制造成本低，具有良好的应用前景，在国内外焊接生产线上有很高的推广价值。

引 言

随着科学技术的发展，焊接辅助设备与器具制造行业自设立以来在整个焊接行业中占有重要地位，并受到业内人士的高度重视。在我国，焊接变位机也已悄然成为制造业的一种不可缺少的

设备，在焊接领域把他划为焊接辅机。多年来，我国焊接辅助设备与器具制造行业在原有的基础上有了较快的的发展，从事焊接装备设计和生产的企业规模不断扩大，技术水平、产品质量不断提高。因此，我毕业设计的课题选择了焊装辅助设备中的翻转机构的设计，期望在以后的工作中更能助力于这一行业，力求把我国的焊接辅助设备的提高到一个更高的水平贡献自己的一点绵 薄之力。
