汽车四轮定位理论及调整技术研究

摘要

随着汽车数量的迅猛增长,刺激了汽车检测行业的巨大法杖,我国汽车拥有量越来越多,而且每年都呈上升趋势,在这种新形势下,汽车四轮定位在汽车检测与维修行业逐渐凸显出其重要性,所以汽车检测设备的数量和质量都在不断提高,正逐步向智能化、多功能、轻量化、便于流动检测等方向发展,汽车四轮定位使汽车使用的安全性得到足够的保障。作为车辆检测的一项重要内容,车轮定位参数的检测对整车得安全性能的影响举足轻重。如果车轮定位参数不正常,特别是转向轮的定位失准,将直接产生轮胎的异常磨损行驶跑偏车轮摆振,转向沉重等问题,直接影响汽车安全行驶。汽车四轮定位将在现代汽车行业成为不可或缺的技术,随着技术的不断改进,使得检测简单易懂,具有较高的社会经济价值。

本文在传统的汽车转向轮定位理论的基础上,进一步阐述汽车四轮定位原理;推导出汽车四轮定位参数的空间几何关系;通过对汽车四轮定位理论及汽车四轮定位仪对定位参数的检测原理、系统构成等方面进行理论研究,提出正确使用四轮定位仪的注意事项、基本步骤、方法。结合试验分析汽车四轮定位测试系统在汽车检测中的运用以及总结出定位参数之间的联系。

Abstract

The rapid increase of total numbers of vehicle is promoting the development greatly of vehicle inspection industry. With the continual increase of developing towards intelligence, multifunction, lightweight, convenient to mobile inspection etc. As an important step in vehicle inspection, the measurement of wheel alignment parameters plays decisive role in safety performance of the entire vehicle. If the wheel alignment parameters are incorrect, especially steering wheel misalignment, the abnormal wear of tires, drive deviation, wheel shimmy, heavy steering and so on will appear which directly affects vehicle safety travel.

This article is based on traditional automobile steering wheel positioning’s theory, to expatiate the principle of the four-wheel alignment further; and infers the four-wheel alignment the spatial geometry relations of the parameters; Through to research the fundamental of the four-wheel-positioning and positioning equipment , investigate testing principle of positioning parameter, system constitution and so on, bring forward matters needing attention, the basic step, the method correctly of make use of four-wheel alignment equipment. Integrate the experimentation to analyzing the testing system of the four-wheel alignment’s exertion in testing of vehicle and sum up the relation of location parameters.
