巧解并列连词语法填空题

语法填空题中，连词是其中一个考点。连词分从属连词和并列连词，本文主要探讨如何突破语法填空中的并列连词。 常考的并列连词及例句：

常见的并列连词的考点及解题技巧：

考点1，并列连词连接两个并列的成分，连接成分的词性相同，若为动词，要用同一语法形式。如：

(1)Tourism should also advance the wealth and(happy) of local inhabitants.

(2)... people stepped on your feet or(push) you with their elbows, hurrying ahead to get to a bargain. (2009广东)

解析：并列连词 and , or , but 前后是相同的成分，例题1中，and前是名词wealth，and后的词也应该是名词，因此把happy换成名词形式happiness。例题2中or提示所给动词和stepped在句中做并列谓语，时态应一致，因此应填push 的一般过去式pushed。 考点延伸：

(3)... two world-famous artists, Pablo PicassoCandido Portinari, which are worth million of dollars.

(4)... all I saw was this beautiful girl, whose smile just melted mealmost instantly gave me a completely new sense of what life is all about.

解析：两个或两个以上的单词或短语之间没有连词，则可能是填连词 and , but或 or 。3,4 题填and。

考点2，并列连词连接两个主谓结构，如主谓+并列连词（and, but, or等）+主谓。如： (5)I can send a message to Kenya whenever I want to , andgets there almost in a second.

解析：根据结构提示（主谓+ 并列连词+ 谓语），句中缺主语，而没有提示词的空格中，常考的是代词it 或相应的人称代词you, we, they, she, he 等。如题5中，根据意思，用it代替a message。

考点3，常考的成对连词结构有either ... or , neither ... nor, not only ... but (also) ... , not ... but ... 等。如：

(6)Although I wish I could either change the diagnosisdeny it altogether, this is what we’re facing.

解析：根据句中either的提示，填入or。 巩固练习

1. and 连接beauty 和并列的名词，perfect 改成名词 perfection。 2. at school 和 in college 是两个并列的成分，根据意思用选择连词or。 3. 根据“主谓+并列连词+主谓”的结构，句中缺主语，根据意思填 it。 4. 考固定搭配 nothing but。 5. honesty和self-respect 并列。 6. 根据结构or提示, 填入either。

7. 与后面的better 并列应该填比较级 healthier。
