内 容 摘 要

随着国内主要原材料及物流价格的不断上涨,制造企业的采购成本不断增加。本文以长春市A企业的采购管理风险为研究对象,分析当前公司采购管理的主要情况。并对当前该公司采购管理中存在的缺陷进行分析,进而制定针对性解决方案,以期能够促进该公司采购管理能力的提升。首先,对A企业采购现状进行介绍。其次,对A企业采购风险进行分析,明确其采购风险的形成原因。最后,制定合理解决采购风险强化采购管理的相关对策。

Abstract

With the rising of the price of the raw materials and logistics in China, the procurement cost has been increased in manufacturing enterprise. This study make the procurement management of A company as the object, analysis the present and the problems within the procurement management. And analysis the reasons, then to make the countermeasures in order to promote the development of procurement management. Firstly, introduce the present of the procurement in A company. Secondly, analysis the procurement risk within the procurement management. Finally, make the countermeasures to promote the development of the procurement management.
