热管是一种高导热性能的传热元件,它是一种能快速将热能从一点传至另一点的装置。将热管元件按一定行列间距、成束装在框架内,用中间隔板等密封元件将加热段和散热段隔开,构成热管换热器。由于其具有传热量大、热响应迅速、温差小等特点,热管换热器越来越受到人们的重视,是一种应用前景非常好的换热设备。本文从热力计算着手,确定了热管空气预热器的传热量、换热面积、管排数等。然后进行了设备结构的设计,并在合理地选择元件参数的基础上结合实际情况设计出了热管式换热器。针对低温酸露点腐蚀的问题,本文提出了采用并联热管组件和表面涂防腐涂料的双保险措施,并对密封方式进行了一定的改进,有效地提高了换热器的使用寿命。 关键字 并联热管 热管换热器 热力计算 密封 word文档 可自由复制编辑

Title The Design and Components Optimization of Air Preheater in Refinery Crude Oil Distillation Unit
Abstract Heat pipe is a highly efficient heat transfer components, it is a fast heat device to spread heat from one point to another . According to the ranks of certain spacing, the heat pipes, which of the heating and cooling section separated from the sealing element such as the intermediate partition plate, are mounted within the frame, to constitute the heat pipe exchanger. Because of its large amount of heat transfer, rapid thermal response, small temperature difference, etc, people are paying more and more attention to the heat pipe exchanger. Consequently, it is a very good prospect heat transfer equipment. First,the heat, heat transfer area, the number of rows are determined by thermodynamic calculations in this artical. After designing of the structure of the device and reasonable selection of the elements parameters, with the actual situation, the heat pipe exchanger was proposed. For low-temperature acid dew point corrosion problems, the parallel heat pipe and coating of the anti-corrosion coatings on the surface are used , with certain improvement of the seals to improve the life of the heat exchanger effectively.
