摘 要

金融危机发端于美国金融风暴，继横扫华尔街之后，很快席卷全球,迅速向欧洲和日本等发达国家蔓延，并已波及到发展中国家。在经济全球化的背景下，中国企业也深受影响，危机中受冲击最大的当属中小制造企业，特别是那些比较单纯的生产加工企业，因为这些企业几乎处于产业链的最底层，除订单生产外几乎没有另外的生存方式。随着我国市场经济体制的建立和完善，中小制造业得到迅速的发展，在调整经济结构、扩大社会就业、发展地方经济、增加财政收入等方面都发挥着重要作用。但是，当前中小制造业的发展受到资金短缺的困扰，融资困难成为我国中小制造业发展的一个主要障碍。本文通过对我国中小制造业融资困难现状的阐述，分析其融资困难的原因并提出相应的对策建议。

Along with our country market economy system's establishment and the consummation, the small manufacturing industry obtains the rapid development, in the adjustment economic structure, the expansion social employment, develops the provincial economy, to increase aspects and so on financial revenue to play the influential role. But, the current small manufacturing industry's development receives the fund shortage the puzzle, financing becomes my guozhong small manufacturing industry development difficultly a chief obstacle. This article through to my guozhong small manufacturing industry financing difficult present situation's elaboration, analyzes its financing difficult reason and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure proposal.
