一 环刀校验方法
本方法适用于直径为58mm、62mm、64mm、70mm、79.8mm五种规格环刀的校验。
(一)概述
环刀是按GB/T50123-1999、SL237-1999、JTJ051-93进行粘土密度测定的专用器具。
(二)技术要求
2.1 外观检查无缺口、卷刃和明显变形。
2.2 剪切试样用环刀直径为64.0±0.4mm,高20±0.4mm。 2.3 压缩试样用环刀直径为79.8±0.5mm,高20±0.4mm。 2.4 膨胀试样用环刀直径为58.0±0.4mm,高25±0.4mm。 2.5 渗透试样用环刀直径为62.0±0.4mm,高40±0.4mm。 2.6 含水率、密度测定用环刀直径为70.0±0.4mm,高52±0.4mm。 (三)校验用标准器具
3.1 游标卡尺:最大量程150mm,分度值为0.02mm; 3.2 电子天平:称量200g,感量0.01g。 (四)环境条件
温度:20℃~24℃;相对湿度:≤75℅。 (五)校验方法
5.1 将环刀洗净、烘干、冷却后称其质量,准确至0.01g。
5.2 环刀直径用游标卡尺在环刀平面两个垂直方向上测量,取算术平均值。
5.3 环刀高度用游标卡尺在环刀平面每隔120°方向上测量高度一次,共测三次,取算术平均值。
(六)校验结果处理
校验结果符合技术要求为合格,合格者方可使用。 (七)校验周期 一年。
