基于企业生命周期的财务战略分析

——以青岛海尔为例

摘 要

当今世界的市场环境多变，尤其对我国企业而言，我国企业首先经历了由计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制的重大转变，再则经历了中国加入WTO，国内企业面临着世界范围内更为激烈的竞争。在这种大环境下，企业的发展所面临的各方面的环境对企业有着牵一发而动全身的影响。企业要想在激烈的竞争中取得长远的生存与发展，那么在发展过程中引入战略管理思想就显得尤为重要。而作为企业总体战略中组成之一的财务战略，对企业发展起着举足轻重的作用。另外来说，无论何种企业的发展都要经历一个由小到大的过程，在企业的不同发展阶段，企业所应该实施的财务战略也应该有所区别，那么基于企业生命周期的财务战略的研究分析就显得尤为重要。

本文将基于企业生命周期的财务战略进行研究，并以青岛海尔为例，对其不同时期的投资战略、筹资战略和收益分配战略进行分析，结合青岛海尔的各个不同时期的总体战略实施规划，着重分析青岛海尔在成长期、成熟期的财务战略，并对其不同发展时期中的财务战略进行评价，提出更为适合企业当时发展状况的战略选择。以期对我国家电制造行业上市公司的实践具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract

In today’s world market environment is changeable, especially for China’s enterprises, China’s first enterprise was experienced by the planned economic system to socialist market economic system change, and after China’s accession to the WTO, domestic enterprises are facing greater global competition. In this environment, the development of enterprises are facing various aspects of the environment of enterprises have a far-reaching influence. The enterprise wants to be in intense competition in long-term survival and development, so in the development process to introduce strategic management thought is very important. As a component of the general strategy in the enterprises financial strategy, for the development of enterprises play a decisive role . in addition, no matter what the development of the enterprise will experience a larger process ,in the different development phase of the enterprise, enterprise should implement the financial strategy should also be different, so the financial strategy based on enterprise life cycle research analysis appears particularly important.

This will be based on the life cycle of enterprise financial strategy research, and to the Haire company as an example, the different period of investment strategy, financing strategy and income distribution strategy analysis, Combined with the Qingdao Haier in different periods of the overall strategic planning, focusing on analysis of Qingdao Haier in long-term, mature period financial strategy ,and the different development period of financial strategy , evaluation , put forward a more suitable for enterprise development strategic choice at that time. with a view to China’s household electrical appliance manufacturing industry listed companies practice with some guidance.
