毕业设计中文摘要

箱体输送及转向系统设计 摘要： 本次毕业设计是关于箱体输送及转向系统的设计，主要任务是设计链式输送机和转向装置。课题主要包括以下内容： 第一步首先对链式输送机作了简单的概述，介绍了链式输送机的特点以及发展趋势；接着分析了链式输送机的选型原则及计算方法；然后根据这些设计准则与计算选型方法按照给定参数要求进行选型设计。第二步首先对转向装置作了简单概述，接着对顶升位移装置进行了结构设计，并按照给定参数进行了选型设计。第三步利用PLC可编程控制器将链式输送机和顶升位移转向装置进行有机结合，最终完成箱体输送及转向系统的设计。首先简单对PLC可编程控制器作了简单概述并介绍了它的选型原则，接着选择型号，绘制了控制原理图。 本次带式输送机设计代表了设计的一般过程, 对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考价值。 关键词： 链式输送机 转向装置 可编程控制器 1

毕业设计外文摘要

Title Box delivery and Steering System Abstract The graduation project is about the transmission and steering system on the box designing, the main purpose is to design chain conveyor and steering. Topics are consisted of the following: The first step on the chain conveyor first briefly outline, describes the characteristics of chain conveyor and the development trend; then analyzes the selection of chain conveyor principles and calculation methods; then calculated based on these design criteria and selection method in accordance with the requirements of the given parameters of type design. The second step first on the steering briefly outlined, followed by the displacement of the lifting device structure design, and in accordance with the given parameters of type design. The third step is using PLC programmable controller chain conveyors and lifting displacement of steering device combination, the final completion of transmission and steering box system. First of all, simply on the PLC programmable logic controller briefly outlines and describes its principle of selection, then select the model, schematic drawing of control.
