摘要:本设计的题目是FSAE(大学生方程式汽车)汽车转向系统设计。根据赛事主办方对转向系统的要求、结合所学知识、综合类似汽车转向系统的特点,设计出该汽车转向系统。设计内容主要包括FSAE汽车转向器选型、设计和计算,转向操纵机构设计,转向传动机构和转向梯形的设计。选择合适的转向器类型,并设计出满足转向系统要求的转向器,保证汽车转向操作的轻便、并提供很好的操控。并对相应的操纵机构和传动机构进行设计。并且本设计在考虑上述要求和因素的基础上对相应机构进行优化设计。从而实现转向器结构简单紧凑,轴向尺寸短,且零件数目少的优点,从而保证了汽车转向的稳定性、灵敏性和操作的轻便性。在本文中主要进行了转向器齿轮、齿条、拉杆和节臂的校核,其结果满足FSAE汽车转向系统强度要求。本文主要方法和理论采用汽车设计等相关资料,并运用CATIA进行设计与装配。

The Steering System Design of FSAE Car

Abstract:This design is entitled FSAE (Formula SAE ) racing steering system design . According to event

Design elements include FSAE racing steering selection, design and calculation , steering mechanism design , steering rotation mechanism and steering trapezoid design. Select the appropriate type of steering gear and steering systems designed to meet the requirements of the steering gear to ensure lightweight racing steering operations and provide good control . And to design appropriate controls and rotating mechanism . In consideration of the above , and the design requirements and the factors on the basis of appropriate institutions to optimize the design . In order to achieve steering simple and compact structure , short axial dimension , and the advantages of the small number of parts , thus ensuring the stability of the racing steering , agility and operational portability . In this paper conducted a check of the main steering gear, rack, tie rods and knuckle arm , the result FSAE car steering systems meet the strength requirements . In this paper, the use of car design methods and theories and other related information , and the use of CATIA for design and assembly .
