原创文学网站的商业化运营及问题分析

——以起点中文为例

摘 要

通过近十年的发展，新生网络文学已经占据了传统文学千年帝国的半壁江山，而其栖息地——原创中文网站功不可没，而起点中文网则是全国最大的原创文学网站。今天，传统文学书刊、杂志的危机重重与原创文学网站的生机勃勃形成的鲜明对照。在未来，前者的数字转型与后者的快速崛起已成文学发展的必然趋势。相比起传统文学书刊，原创文学网站的门坎更低，信息更多，阅读起来更加方便，读者、作者、网站三方的互动更多，而且没有期数和页数的限制。从运营方面来说：相对于传统文学书刊、杂志单调的“二次售卖”，网络文学的运营模式更为多元化，以起点中文网为例，除了传统的网站广告、内容出版外，还有付费阅读、会员制度及网站等其它增值业务。本文将从起点中文网的现状、经营模式及所存在的问题这几方面对起点中文网进行研究。
