2008金融危机对我国农产品出口的影响及对策浅析

摘 要

2008金融危机中，我国农产品出口行业遭受沉重打击。为了找出在这一国际大环境下，我国农产品出口的发展之道，对于现有形势下的农产品出口研究和对策分析是十分必要的。同时，上述课题的研究也将有助于我国农业的长期发展。本文首先介绍了2008年我国农产品出口行业的一些基本情况。然后重点分析，2008金融危机对我国农产品出口所造成的两大影响：出口市场萎缩以及贸易保护主义加剧。在第三部分，则针对上述影响，分析出解决办法，包括：扩大内需、开拓新的市场等措施用以应对农产品出口市场萎缩；提升出口农产品的质量、利用政策支持农产品出口等措施应对贸易保护主义的加剧等。最后得出结论：在扩大内需，开拓新市场的同时，农产品出口行业还应努力提升出口产品的质量才能使得我国农产品在国际市场上保持竞争力。

Abstract

In 2008,the international financial crisis made the agricultural products exports in a devil of a hole. One side,the international financial crisis cause the market of the agricultural products exports being smaller;On the other side,our agricultural products exports will get more trade barrier.In this case,finding a good way for our agricultural products exports is very important.In this passage,it gives out a feasible way for our agricultural products exports.First,it points out two difficulties in our agricultural products exports,then it gives out the resolvent:one is the expansion of domestic demand，open up new markes;the other is boost quality.
