I just received your letter. Don’t worry because your problem is very common among teenagers. To be honest you have a nice mother who cares much about you. However, if you want to have a happy life, you have to win your parents over and let them understand you. Why not write a letter to her or sit down and have a talk with her? If she knew you could take good care of yourself, she would let you do what you want to do. Don’t complain, take it easy and just do it!
