摘 要

中小企业是推动国民经济发展，促进和减轻就业压力，提高和改善人民生活水平，维护社会稳定的基础力量。其不但数量庞大，而且对于社会和国家的贡献也具有重大作用和非凡意义，在国民经济中起着举足轻重的作用。但是它所获得的金融支持与其贡献极不相称，中小企业在发展过程中出现的融资难题已经成为制约中小企业发展的瓶颈之一，只有把资金这一重要的社会资源合理有效地配置到位，才能使中小企业的进一步发展壮大成为可能。

Abstract

The small and middle sized enterprises is the basic power to enhance economy，reduce the employment pressure，improve the living standards of people and keep social stable.They appear not only the huge number，but also do much for our country，they play an important role in the national economy.But their acquired financial support is not commensurate with their contributions.Now the financing problem has become a bottleneck restricting the development of the small and middle sized enterprises.Only the funds，the important social resource can be used efficiently，that the small and middle sized enterprises can possibly be developed further.
