《建筑结构》课程是工程造价专业的一门专业基础课。本课程包括钢筋砼结构,砌体结构和钢结构三大块内容。课程主要任务是研究三大结构的基本构件的设计原理和设计方法。通过课堂教学与课程设计,使学生了解三大结构基本构件的设计原理和计算方法,掌握混凝土结构,砌体结构及钢结构的基本知识及混合结构墙柱、钢筋砼梁板结构设计和相应施工图的绘制。为学生从事结构施工及工程监理工作打下必要的基础。
《建筑结构》课程与《建筑力学》和《建筑施工》《建筑材料》等课程关联紧密,是一门重要的专业课。
二、课程总体要求
1、掌握必备的力学知识。
2、了解建筑结构的概念及在建筑物中的功能、特点及应用。 3、了解材料的物理力学性能及选用原则。
4、了解并掌握三大结构基本构件的设计原理和计算方法。 5、掌握钢筋混凝土结构、砌体结构和钢结构的基本知识。 6、掌握混合结构墙柱、钢筋混凝土梁板结构设计和相应施工图的绘制。

第1章 建筑结构概论
内容:
1、建筑结构的概念及在建筑物中的功能;
2、建筑结构的特点及应用:混凝土结构、砌体结构、钢结构;
3、结构的极限状态设计方法:结构的三大功能要求、承载能力极限状态及其实用设计表达式、正常使用极限状态及其实用设计表达式;
4、混凝土结构耐久性规定。
5、建筑结构课程的内容、任务和学习方法。 教学要求:
通过教学,要使学生了解建筑结构的概念、功能要求及应用,掌握两种极限状态设计方法及其实用设计表达式。 第2章 抗震设计基本知识 内容:
1、地震基本知识:地球的构造、地震的类型与成因、地震波、
震级及地震烈度;
2、抗震设计基本知识:三水准的设防目标、两阶段设计步骤; 教学要求:
通过本章的教学使学生了解地震的基本知识,掌握“三水准的
设防目标”和为实现这个目标而采取的“两阶段设计步骤”。 第3章 材料的物理力学性能及选用原则
内容:
1、建筑钢材:在单调荷载作用下的应力应变性质(有明显屈服点钢
材、无明显屈服点钢材),钢材的破坏形式,影响钢材机械性能的因素;

2、钢筋:钢筋的应力-应变曲线,钢筋的弹性模量,钢筋的种类和级
别,钢筋的选用及检验。
3、混凝土:(1)砼的强度:砼的抗压强度(立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度);砼的抗拉强度。
(2)砼的变形:砼在荷载作用下的变形性能:徐变;弹性模量与变形模
量,收缩与温度变形。
(3)混凝土的选用。
4、钢筋与混凝土的相互作用—粘结力:粘结力的概念,粘结力的测定,保证钢筋与混凝土之间粘结力的措施;
5、砌体材料:常用的砌体材料,砌体的种类,砌体的抗压强度、轴心抗拉、弯曲抗拉及抗剪强度。 教学要求:
1、使学生掌握砼强度的取值方法及取值标准,掌握砼在荷载作用下的变形性能,以及钢筋的强度及变形性能,了解粘结力的组成。
2、熟悉砌体材料及其分类,掌握砌体的力学性能及影响砌体抗压强度
的因素。 第4章 钢筋混凝土梁
内容:
1、钢筋混凝土受弯构件:(1)受弯构件的构造要求:截面形式及尺
寸;保护层厚度;钢筋的直径及间距;(2)单筋矩形截面受弯构件正截面承载力计算:正截面计算基本假设;基本公式;截面设计(基本公式法、表格法);强度复核(基本公式法、表格法);(3)双筋矩形截面受弯构件正截面承载力计算:计算应力图形;基本公式;适用条件;截面设计;强度复核;(4)T形截面受弯构件正截面承载力计算:试验分析结果(两类T形截面及其应力分布,翼缘宽度);两类T形的判别,基本公式;截面设计;强度复核;(5)受弯构件斜截面承载力计算:①.斜截面的工作阶段及其破坏情况;②.影响斜截面抗剪强度的主要因素;③.斜截面的强度计算:无腹筋梁的抗剪强度;有腹筋梁的抗剪强度;砼与箍筋共同承担的剪力(均布荷载、集中荷载的简支梁,连续梁与框架梁);砼、箍筋与弯起钢筋共同承担的剪力;(6)保证斜截面受弯承载力的构造措施:抵抗弯
