摘 要

随着电子工业的发展,电子元器件急剧增加,电子元器件的适用范围也逐渐广泛起来,在应用中我们常常要测定电容电感的大小。因此,设计可靠,安全,便捷的电容电感测试仪具有极大的现实必要性。

本文分析测量了电容和电感量原理并且研究了单片机测量频率的方法,介绍了以MCS-51单片机为核心的电容电感测量系统的设计,将电容电感使用对应的振荡电路转化为频率实现各个参数的测量。该测试仪具有低功耗、高精度、携带方便等特点,把所测数据保存在单片机里,然后通过LCD显示。其中电容是采用555多谐振荡电路产生的,而电感则是根据电容三点式产生的。本设计采用Keil51为仿真平台,设计测量系统软件包括主程序模块、显示模块、电容测试模块和电感测试模块。最后测试结果表明,本设计性能稳定,测量精度高。 关键词:MCS-51单片机;Keil51仿真平台;电容;电感;LCD

Abstract

With the development of electronic industry, electronic components rapidly increased the scope of electronic components becomes more and more popularin the application,we often measured the size of the inductor and capacitor.Therefore,the design of reliable,safe,has a great practical necessity capacitance inductance tester convenient.

This paper analyzes the method to measure the capacitance and inductance of the principle and measure the frequency of SCM,the system design of capacitance and inductance measurement using MCS-51 microcontroller as the core of the oscillation circuit capacitance and inductance using the corresponding frequency into the measurement parameters to achieve the.The instrument has the characteristics of low power consumption,high precision,easy to carry,the measured data is stored in the microcontroller,and thenthrough the LED display.The capacitance is generated by the 555 multivibrator circuit,but the inductance is generated according to the three point capacitance.This design uses Keil51 as the simulation platform,the design of the measurement system software consists of main program module,display module,test module capacitance and inductance test module.The test results show that the design of stable performance,high measurement precision.
