蜂窝纸板的缓冲性能分析及结构设计

内容摘要:蜂窝纸板是一种新型的包装材料,有着良好的应用前景。本文根据蜂窝纸板的

基本结构特征和隔振缓冲的原理,将蜂窝纸板与其他常用的隔振缓冲材料进行了比较,得到了蜂窝纸板的隔振缓冲特点。通过压缩实验,获得了蜂窝纸板的应力与应变之间关系的曲线,实验结果表明蜂窝纸板在压缩过程中,会出现明显的弹性变形、弹塑性变形、塑性坍塌和密实化四个阶段。蜂窝纸板在弹性变形阶段具有隔振功能,在弹塑性变形和塑性坍塌阶段具有缓冲功能。通过改变蜂窝纸板实验的压缩速度,测量了不同变形速率下的应力与应变之间关系的曲线,分析了压缩变形速率对蜂窝纸板缓冲性能的影响。基于实验数据建立了蜂窝纸板的本构关系的动态模型,进行了蜂窝纸板的动态模型的参数识别。参数表明动态模型同实验数据的吻合程度良好,使实验测量的数据具有普遍意义;同时,根据蜂窝纸板的性能特点和实验结果,提出了蜂窝纸板包装结构的最优设计方法,这对隔振缓冲包装设计具有参考价值。

Cushioning Property Analysis and Structure Design of

Honeycomb Paperboard

Abstract: Honeycomb paperboard is a new kind of packaging material

which is of favorable appliance foreground. The paper compares the honeycomb paperboard with other cushioning materials often used in the cushioning packaging design according to the basic structural characters and vibration isolation principle of honeycomb paperboard, getting the vibration isolation and cushioning characters of honeycomb paperboard. By compression tests, the curves of relations between stress and strain are obtained. The results of tests show that there are four phases obviously when compressed: elastic, elastic-plastic, plastic-landslide and solid deformations. Honeycomb paperboard has the performance of vibration isolation in the phase of elastic and the performance of cushioning in the phases of elastic-plastic and plastic-landslide. Besides, by changing the compression rates in the tests, this paper measures the curves of relations between stress and strain under different transmutation rates, analyzes the effect of compression transmutation rates on the cushioning property of honeycomb paperboard. Based on data from tests, the paper establishes constitutive relationship dynamic model of honeycomb paperboard, identifies the parameters of this model. The parameters show that the model fits the experiment data well. It makes the data more universal significance. Moreover, with the property character of honeycomb paperboard and the results of tests, this paper gives the best design method to package structure of honeycomb paperboard, which has the value for the vibration isolation and cushioning packaging design of honeycomb paperboard.
