Unit 7 Food Festival

Topic 3 I cooked the most successfully. Section A

教学目标:

1.通过美食节相关内容学习,能让大部分学生较好的运用重点句子组织就餐对话。

2.通过听力训练能让大部分学生从对话中听出关键信息。

3.通过本课对美食节的了解,能让所有学生意识到帮助别人的重要性。

Key points and difficulties : make a conversation about having meals. Step1 :Presentation 1. Teaching aims.

2. Last lesson we knew the kind-hearted children got ready for the food festival 2 weeks ago.I think many guests will come to the food festival and the food for sale must be delicious.

3. Show a picture of section A, there are 2 hosts in the center .Do you know what the hosts say?...

4. Ok, let`s listen to 1a and finish 1b,then correct the answers. 5. Read 1a together after the tape ,pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation.

6. Read and understand the useful expressions of 1a . 7. Try to recite 1a according to the key words.

Step2: Consolidation

1. The first International Food Festival is now open. Mr. and Mrs. Yang come to the food festival .They are reading the menu.(show 2 pictures ,a menu and a bill,then learn some new words.) Then look at the bill and complete the conversation of 2a.Before this ,try to translate the “red sentences”.At last ,listen and check. 2. look at 2b,it`s a passage of 2a.Read 2a and fill in the blanks. Step3:Practice

1. Suppose you come to the food festival, try to make a conversation with your partners. Act out!

2. Lucy and her parents also come to the food festival .Let`s listen and write down what they would like to have. “3”listen and check. Step4:Project
