摘要

本文首先运用了以芒德尔为代表的相互替代关系理论和以小岛清为代表的相互补充关系理论来论证了对外直接投资与贸易的关系。其次，分析了对外直接投资对东道国和对投资国的效应。最后，回顾了发达国家和发展中国家在此方面的实践，并着重结合我国海外直接投资与贸易的实际情况，分析对外直接投资与贸易的替代或互补关系。在此，我们不得不强调海外直接投资的重要性，不仅对我国的对外贸易，而且对我国经济的全面发展，特别是中国企业走向国际化，提升中国的产业都意义重大。

Abstract

This paper firstly demonstrates the relationship between FDI and trade by means of using the mutually substituted theory represented by Robert A. Mundell as well as the mutually complementary relationship theory which serves as the masterpiece of Kiyoshi Kojima. Secondly, this paper analyses the effect of FDI on the host country and the investing country. Finally, it reviews the practice of developed and developing countries in terms of this respect and focuses on the actual situation of alternative or complementary relations between FDI and trade. In this paper, we have to put emphasis on the importance of FDI, which is of great significance and vital importance not only for China’s foreign trade, but also for the overall development of our economy, particularly the internationalization of Chinese enterprises to enhance the industries of China.
