摘 要

本文以真空泵为研究对象，第一章以真空泵的工作原理进行了分类，并对各种真空泵进行简单的描述。

文章第二章通过机械设备在使用过程中的问题和隐患的出机械维修的意义，从经济性角度对维修工作进行了可行性的分析。通过对设备维修费用的统计分析，建立了定期维修和视情维修工作的经济权衡模型，为机械设备的维修决策提供了科学的依据。并要求对不同种类及型号的机械采用不同的维修方法的注意事项。及机械维修将与高科技相结合的发展方向。

文章第三章首先提出真空泵在保养中应该从哪些方面入手以及注意事项。然后又从设备的整个生命周期来看，设备的使用、保养及维修阶段占设备总寿命周期的绝大部分，且是设备真正发挥和体现其使用价值的保障阶段。文章研究了真空泵强制保养的经济效益，然后探讨了国内外先进的维护保养制度与方法对真空泵保养的启示，并在此基础上，提出了实施机械设备强制保养的措施。
