摘 要

本工程为华润苏果超市通风空调工程设计。该建筑共4层,总高21.6m,总建筑面积37796.17㎡,空调面积18509.63㎡。空调系统总冷负荷2168kw,总热负荷1747w,冷冻站设于地下室。通过对空气源热泵、溴化锂吸收式制冷机组加热交换器及离心式冷水机组加热交换器三种冷热源方式的技术经济比较,认为离心式冷水机组加热交换器的冷热源方案最为佳。选用型号为WSC087的离心式冷水机组作为本工程冷源,ZRQ100真空热水锅炉作为本工程的热源。通过空调方案的优缺点及适用场合的比较,并结合本工程实际情况,一至三层超市大厅采用全空气空调系统,其余部分采用了风机盘管加独立新风的半集中式空调系统。在此基础上进行空调风、水系统及冷热源机房的设计,并按照相关规范要求对进行了通风及防排烟系统的设计。

Abstract

The project is the design of the ventilation and air-conditioning system of huarun suguo supermarket .The complex building has four floors and is totally twenty-one point six meters high. The building area and air-conditioning area are 37796.17m2 and 18509.63 m2, respectively. The cooling load of this project is 2168KW, and the heating load is 1747KW. The refrigerating station is built in the basement. Through the technical and economic comparison of three cold and heat source forms, namely, the air source heat pump, LiBr absorption chiller and heat exchangers, centrifugal Chillers and heat exchangers, the last form is shown to be the best one. So two centrifugal Chillers of model WSC087 and one vacuum hot water boiler ZRQ100 are selected as the cold source and heat sourece of this project, respectively. Through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages and occasions of air-conditioning program and in light of the actual situation of the project, all-air system is adopted in the One to three layers supermarket hall and fan coil units with fresh-air systems are used in the other rooms. The air system and the water system of air-conditioning system and the cooling and heating resources’ room are then designed in turn. In addition, the ventilation and smoke contron system of this building are designed according to some requirements of relevant codes.
