【摘要】保税港区是自由贸易的重要产物，在重庆保税港区获批准成立后，重庆的两路寸滩保税港区也就成为我国第一个内陆港区，也是我国最大的综合性保税港区。重庆保税港区由于建立的时间较短，发展还存在一定的不足，其对重庆经济发展的促进作用还不是非常显著。如何发挥保税港区作用促进重庆经济社会发展还需要结合重庆保税港区建设实际，具体进行分析研究。

本文研究以重庆保税港区为研究对象，沿着提出问题——分析问题——解决问题的思路，对重庆保税港区的发展现状、制约因素、尚存不足进行了分析，提出促进重庆保税港区发展，带动重庆经济社会发展的相关策略，以期能够更好的发挥保税港区作用促进重庆经济社会发展。

【Abstract】 The bonded port is one of the important products of the free trade, after the bonded port in Chongqing approved; it became the first inland port in China, and also the largest comprehensive bonded port in China. But the bonded port of Chongqing established in a short time and it has some problems within the development and the effection to the economic develop is not significant. To paly the most power to promote the developmet of the economic in Chongqing under the development of the bonded port we need construction with the actual and to find the way.

This study made the bonded port in Chongqing as the object and to analysis the problems, the reasons and the countermeasures. Make the countermeasures to promote the development of the bonded port in Chongqing and to promote the development of the economic in Chongqing.
