活动地点：吉林农业大学中心教学楼一楼学术报告厅 一、 活动目的及意义

引导大学生了解什么是商务谈判，并认识到商务谈判的重要性，提高大学生的商务谈判能力，感受商务谈判的魅力，领略商务谈判的风采，学习更多商务谈判的知识和技能，理解职场上的商业文化，培养大学生的社会适应能力，为更好地寻找到自己理想的职业而做准备。

二、 活动预期效果

通过比赛，培养同学们的职业意识，提高商务谈判的能力和团队协作精神，并初步掌握商务谈判的基本理论和谈判技巧，熟悉商务谈判的各个环节，拓宽商务谈判视野，意识到商务谈判的必要性，更好地理解商业文化，提高社会适应能力。 三、 活动可行性分析

首先活动的目的符合市场经济的需求，培养有市场意识的人才；其次，高校大学生普遍缺乏实践能力，此次大赛的宗旨意在提高实践能力，培养高素质人才；再次，大赛体现的是经济与管理的理念，符合经济管理学院学生的知识需要，也为经济管理学院的

（一）、前期准备 1、活动宣传

① 在学生流量比较大的场所张贴关于此次大赛的宣传海报 ② 通过院网主页、人人主页等平台在网络上宣传 ③ 手机飞信或班级通知宣传

2、拟定并邀请相关老师，同时和系专业课老师沟通（包括复赛和决赛的案例分析和评分标准） 3、主持人、会场、奖品设置相关准备 （二）、比赛流程 初赛阶段

全院学生均可参与，可任意组团，每个团队人数为四人，报名初赛需根据组委会提供的案例提交《商务谈判策划书》一份。本着公平、公正的原则，由大赛评委团从中选出八只优秀队伍进入复赛。 复赛阶段

根据初赛中选出的八支队伍参加复赛，复赛采用淘汰赛的形式，由八支队伍抽取自己的题目和对手，然后进行为期两天的准备 ，每支队伍根据所抽取的题目在规定的时间内与对手进行商业谈判。 决赛阶段

模拟商务谈判大赛初赛的选拔方式是各参赛队伍就其立场制定谈判策划书，并在指定时间内上交到大赛指定邮箱，后由评委老师根据评分标准选择八组晋级队伍。 2、 复、决赛介绍 ①第一部分：开场介绍

主持人介绍：商务谈判模拟大赛主办方，协办方；评委会成员及到场领导及嘉宾；代表队及其所用案例。决赛由复赛胜出队伍进行现场对决，决出冠亚军，决赛使用的是新的案例。 ② 第二部分：背对背演讲（6分钟）

背对背演讲（各3分钟）：一方首先上场，利用演讲的方式，向观众和评委充分展示己方对谈判的前期调查结论，谈判案例题理解，切入点、策略、提出谈判所希望达到的目标，同时充分展示己方的风采。一方演讲之后退场回避，另一方上场演讲 要求：
