东城区积分制入户手续办理指引

申请人收到积分制入户通知后，请准备好相关证明材料，按以下程序办理入户手续。需要的证明材料包括：《户口簿》（或户籍证明）、《居民身份证》、《居住证》；未婚的,还需提供父母的《居民身份证》及《户口簿》；有配偶的，提供《户口簿》、《居民身份证》及《结婚证》；有子女的，还需提供《出生证》或《出生医学证明》；申请时未落实相应长效避孕节育措施“一孩上环，二孩结扎”的,提供落实长效避孕节育措施证明及避孕节育情况报告单；因身体原因不宜落实措施的，提供东莞市或东城区计生服务机构出具的诊断证明；有离婚史的，还需提供离婚判决书或有民政部门确认的离婚协议书；迁入自有住房的，还需提供《房地产权证》或房屋证明。以上资料需携带原件及复印件两份（一份交迁入社区、一份交公安分局）。
