摘 要

随着国际经济的迅速发展,经济全球化向像纵深方向发展, 国际分工的不断深化,国际协作的日益加强,尤其是我国加入世贸组织以后,对外经济交流越来越频繁,商务谈判变得越来越重要。现在中国成为世界第二大经济大国,对外经济交流将更加的频繁,对外的商务谈判也与日俱增,而不同国家和地区的人们的谈判风格等文化要素是不尽相同的,为了取得在对外商务谈判的成功,我们有必要正确认识不同国家和地区的文化背景及其差异,从而了解一些国家和地区的谈判风格,并在此基础上求同存异,从而避免冲突的产生或激化,积极促进和推动谈判的顺利进行,赢得谈判的成功。

Abstract

With the rapid development of global economy, economic globalization has developed towards the direction of depth, the international division has deepened, international cooperation has been increasingly strengthened, especially after China's accession to the WTO, foreign economic exchanges have become increasingly frequent; business negotiation becomes more and more important. China now become the world's second largest economy, foreign economic exchanges will become more frequent, foreign business negotiations also grow with each passing day and people from different countries and regions, the cultural elements of the style is not the same, in order to achieve success in business negotiations, it is necessary for us to correctly understand the cultural background and the differences between different countries and regions, so as to understand the negotiation styles, seeking common ground while reserving differences, so as to avoid conflict or intensify, actively promote and pave the smooth path for the negotiation.
