摘 要
随着国内服务经济和旅游业的发展,酒店业也在一步步崛起。作为酒店连锁企业的如家快捷酒店在享受到市场经济带来的巨大利润的同时也一直面临着员工流失率过高的问题,酒店人才是酒店管理的重点,现今酒店的员工的流动率大大超过了理论的流动率,如何发展一支稳定优秀的员工队伍,是我国各个酒店进入新世纪的一项重要任务。人才是酒店最宝贵的财富,酒店之间的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。当前,酒店人才主动流失、隐性流失较为严重,需要引起高度重视。如何吸引人才、防止人才流失是值得我们深入探讨的重要课题。文章对当前酒店人才流失的现状和原因进行了分析,然后有针对性地提出了防止人才流失的策略。
