践行社会主义价值观，做新时代的合格教师

社会主义核心价值观主要由坚持马克思主义指导思想，坚持中国

特色社会主义共同理想，坚持以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神和坚持社会主义荣辱观组成。2012年11月，党的十八大报告首次以12歌词概括了社会主义核心价值观：“倡导富强、民主、文明、和谐、倡导自由、平等、公正、法制，倡导爱国、敬业、诚信、友善，积极培育社会主义核心价值观。”

核心价值观，是一个社会、一个行业、一个部门、一个团体乃至个体的一个人前进的标杆和奋斗的力量源泉，每一个社会都有其赖以支撑的核心价值观。

第一个倡导，指明了国家精神文化的发展方向

“富强、民主、文明、和谐”是我国在社会主义初级阶段的奋斗目标，体现了社会主义核心价值观在发展目标上的规定。倡导“富强、民主、文明、和谐”，昭示中国特设社会主义伟大事业的美好前景。

作为一名教育工作者，我对“文明”这一词感受颇深。教师作为传道授业解惑的育人使者，承载着推动全社会文明进步的重要责任，承担着教书育人、为人师表的光荣职责，教师的仪容、表情、举止、服饰、谈吐、待人接物等都成为学生和社会的楷模。语言是教师用来传授知识和与学生交流沟通的工具，是教师对学生“言传身教”的一种手段。金教授的讲座让我意识到，作为一名教师，应当用一颗平等的心，去平等地对待每一个孩子，放下教师的架子，对学生真诚相待，去做学生的朋友，去尊重学生、关心、爱护学生。欣赏孩子们身上的闪光点，从而推动孩子的发展。苏霍姆林斯基说：“人类

“感人者，莫过于情”，感情是人格力量的基础。从教育心理学的角度出发，情感在学习过程中起着十分重要的作用，它是信念的催化剂，我国教育家曾说过：“教育之没有情感，没有爱，就如同池塘没有水一样。没有水就不成为池塘，没有爱，就没有教育。”因此，热爱学生，尊重学生，信任学生，严格要求学生是教师道德威信形成的根本保证，学校教师只有以良好的感情，崇高的道德去关爱学生，才会激发学生积极向上的力量，受到学生的尊敬与爱戴。如果教学中忽略了这种情感的关爱，就等于抽掉了教学的灵魂。教师在授课中的情感以及伴随而发的语言，不仅能激活学生听课的情绪，而且能增强说理性，可以收到感人至深的效果。只有用发自内心的真情实感去打动学生，感染学生，我们的学生才会爱我们，才会有进步。

第二个倡导，彰显了社会风尚风貌的时代要求

在社会层面，追求“自由、平等、公正、法治”，是现代文明

调整社会关系、建立和谐社会的重要道德力量。在全社会倡导“自由、平等、公证、法制”的价值理念，成对构建科学合理的制度、体制和法律体系，必将发挥重要的指导作用。

作为教师，通过学习我知道了教师依法必须履行的义务：遵守宪法、法律和职业道德，为人师表。依照《教育法》、《教师法》及其他有关法律、法规，从事教育教学工作而必须履行的责任，表现为教师在教育教学活动中必须作出一定行为或不得作出一定行为的约束。它是由法律规定，并以国家强制力保障其履行；贯彻国家的教育方针，遵守规章制度，执行学校的教学计划、履行教师聘约、完成教育教学工作任务；对学生进行宪法所确定的基本原则的教育和爱国主义、民族团结教育、法制教育以及思想品德、文化、科学技术教育，组织、带领学生开展有益的社会活动；关心、爱护全体学生，尊重学生人格，促进学生在品德、智力、体质等方面全面发展；制止有害于学生的行为或者其他侵犯学生合法权利的行为，批评和抵制有害于学生健康成长的现象；不断提高思想政治觉悟和教育教学水平。

在学习了《义务教育法》和《未成年人保护法》后，我更明确了，作为一名人民教师我该履行的义务和遵守的行为规范。在工作中，严格规范自己的思想和行为，全心全意为学生服务，让学生满意，家长放心，社会认可，不体罚和变相体罚学生，不讽刺，挖苦学生，不威胁、责难家长。时刻以教师的道德行为规范来要求自己，不穿奇装异服，处处“身正为范”。对于后进生，不拔苗助长，不讽刺挖苦，要耐心教育。尊重每一个学生的特点，因材施教。

学生们像一朵朵稚嫩的小花苗儿，但每一颗都有与众不同的可人之处。因此更需要我们用不同的方法用爱心去浇灌、呵护。在组织教
