基于PLC的污水处理控制系统设计

摘 要

近年来,污水处理厂已成为各个城市最重要的基础设施之一。尤其是中小城市,新建或扩建污水处理厂已成为当地政府改善人民生活水平的头等大事。随着自动化技术、计算机技术的不断发展、完善,污水处理厂的自动化水平也相应提高。而PLC控制器以其技术成熟、通用性好、可靠性高、安装灵活、扩展方便、性能价格比高等一系列优点,在工业控制中得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文介绍了工厂污水处理的基本工艺和流程,并通过研究设计一套基于PLC控制的污水处理方法—SBR法。SBR(Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process)是现在广泛应用的先进污水处理方法,此系统主要是采用SBR法对污水进行生物处理,按―进水,反应(曝气),沉淀,排水‖步骤周期性进行生化反应。同时介绍了基于PLC污水处理控制系统的工艺及相关流程,控制系统硬件结构及设计、工作原理以及设计PLC控制系统的基本原则和步骤,来说明PLC在污水处理过程中的应用。

Sewage Treatment control system design based on the PLC

Abstract

In recent years,the sewage treatment plant has become one of the most important infrastructure in the cityEspecially small and medium-sized city,new or expanded sewage treatment plant has been a priority for local government to improve people’s living standards With the development of automation technology,the development of computer technology,imporve the automation level of the sewage treatment plant is also a corresponding increase and with its mature technology of PLC controller,good versatility,high reliability,flexible installation,convenient extension,the ratio of performance to price a series of advantanges,has been more and more widely used in the industrial control.This paper introduces the basic process of sewage treatment plant and process,and through research and design a set of sewage treatment method-PLC control based on SBR method SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process) is a kind of advanced sewage treatment method which is used widely now, this system mainly uses SBR to carry on the biological treatment to the sewage, according to ―enter water, respond(aeration), precipitation, draining water‖ the whole period carries on the biochemistry response at the same time introduced the process control system based on PLC sewage and related processes,the basic principles and steps of control system hardware structure and design,working principle and the design of PLC control system,to illustrate the application of PLC in wastewater treatment process.
