摘 要:改革开放以来,中小企业不断发展与壮大,对社会做出了重要贡献。随着市场环境的逐步完善,以及中小企业的不断扩张,除了像所有企业一样面临着越来越激烈的市场竞争,中小企业的经营还面临着人员招聘的危机。A公司作为中小企业之一,在招聘管理上遇到了瓶颈,如何有效地引进人才,也成了该公司亟待解决的一大难题。基于此,本文对A公司的招聘现状进行了深入分析,发现该公司存在招聘计划失效、招聘实施缺陷较大并且招聘评估不合理等招聘问题。本文沿着提出问题——分析问题——解决问题的思路,结合相关文献及案例,分析该企业在人员招聘过程中出现的问题及原因,并有针对性的提出解决方案和优化建议。

Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, small and medium-sized enterprise development and growth, has made an important contribution to the society. With the improvement of market environment and the expansion of small enterprises, as well as all enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition, the small and medium-sized enterprise business will encounter recruitment crisis. A company as one of the small and medium-sized enterprises, recruitment management encountered a bottleneck, how to effectively attract talent, has become a major problem to be solved in the company. Based on this, the author analyzes the recruitment situation of A company, found that the company exists recruitment plans, recruitment failure defect and recruitment evaluation unreasonable recruitment. In this paper, analyzing the problem will along the way to solve the problems, combined with the literature and case analysis, the enterprise recruitment problems and causes in personnel, and put forward the solutions and suggestions.
