摘 要

在现代社会里,电梯在很多高层建筑里扮演着越来越重要的角色。随着科技的进步, 研究可编程序控制器(PLC)在电梯中的控制运用是一个非常有意义的课题。

本文介绍了利用西门子S7-200可编程控制器编写的一个四层电梯的控制系统,利用Eview触摸屏制作人机对话界面。主要目的是解决目前电梯控制中存在的一些问题,合理地利用PLC的硬件资源和软件资源,要求功能变化灵活,故障少,噪音低。维修保养方便,节能省工,抗干扰能力强,控制箱占地面积少。充分利用各种指令的简化控制程序,做到控制程序应尽量简单,便于理解,并有一定的规律性以便能适合于不同控制楼层的要求。

实践证明,PLC可编程控制器和Eview触摸屏结合有利于PLC控制系统的设计、检测,具有良好的应用价值。

Abstract

In the modern society, the elevator is playing a more and more important role in the high -rise construction. With the improvement of science and technology,it is a very meaningful topic to do research into programmable controller(PLC) in the control of elevator。

This article introduced a control system of a four-floor evevator useing Simens the S7- 200 programmable controller is compilation, and it uses the Eview touchscreen tomanufacture a man-machine conversation contact surface. The main purpose is to solve the problems existing in the control of elevator cot present.For example,use the hardware resource and the software resource resonably, requesting function change inimble, the breakdown few, the nois e low. The service maintenance is convenient, the energy conservation labor saving, the contr ol box area few.Make good use of all kinds of simplification control procedure of instruction so as to make control procedure as simple as as possible to be easily understood and simple, is advantageous for the understanding and has certain regularity in order to suit the requests of different controls floors。

The practice proved that the combination of PLC may spread the program and Eview touchscreen is advantageous for the design and examination of PLC control system.,It is of great application value。
