摘 要

我国模具工业近几年有很大的进展,注塑成型模具应用越来越广泛,模具CAD/CAM技术的应用水平也上了一个新台阶,但和国外相比仍有较大差距。所以,提高模具设计制造技术的水平有利于我国模具工业的发展。本文记述的是打印机内部支架的塑料模具设计。本设计从优化模具结构入手,合理地设计型腔结构,对型腔组件采用组合式,不但降低了模具的加工难度,而且又提高了模具零件的可互换性,同时方便了模具的维修。另外,在冷却系统设计方面,采用在侧型芯进行冷却的方式,可以使模具均匀有效地冷却,保证了塑件成型后的尺寸要求。为了保证塑件在脱模时能够安全地顶出,模具顶出系统采用多顶杆顶出,并且在不同壁厚和不同尺寸的地方设置不等径顶杆,保证了顶出力的均匀。设计中有效地利用了Pro/E模具设计软件,使整个设计过程简化,同时对模具运动、加工等进行模拟,缩短了模具设计制造周期。

Abstract

The mold industry has been growing rapidly in china in recent years .The injection mold is widely used in the plastic industry ,the mold CAD/CAM technology apply level is growing too .But comparing with the foreign, it still has a long distance. So, it is good for the developing of the mold industry in china through improving the mold design. This paper introduces the mold design of the internal printer bracket .This design is on considering the excellent molding tool structure, arranging a reasonable mold hole ,adopting to asectional mole hold , It can lower the process of molding tool consumedly ,and can raise the molding tool spare parts compatibility ,also simplified the maintain of molding tool .Beside ,the aspect of designed in the cooling system , the adoption is in a mold hold of side carry on the cooling-off way ,can made molding tool even to cool off availably, after guaranteeing the request of plastic model in size .For the sake of the assurance plastic .while take off mold can be saftely shed off , this design adopts several poles which have different dia .it can guarantee the lift is even .this design adopts Pre/E software it can make the hold progress .easier and it can express the move of the mold ,reduce the mold design circle.
