西华大学工程造价专业毕业设计说明

摘 要 建设工程工程量清单是载明建设工程分部分项工程项目、措施项目、其他项目

的名称和相应数量以及规费、税金项目等内容的明细清单。是把承包合同中规定的准备实施的全部工程项目和内容，按工程部位、性质以及它们的数量、单价、合价等列表表示出来，用于投标报价和中标后计算工程造价的依据，它是承包合同的重要组成部分。工程量清单招标控制价是由具有编制能力的招标人或受其委托具有相应资质的工程造价咨询人根据国家（或地方）公布的统一工程项目划分、统一的工程量计算规则、统一的项目编码、统一的项目名称、统一的计量单位以及设计图纸和招标文件，并参照国家规定的技术标准、经济定额等资料编制的期望控制的招标工程施工造价。这些表包括分部分项工程量清单、措施项目清单、其他项目清单、规费项目清单和税金项目清单，其准确性和完善性由招标人负责。

【Abstract】Bill of quantities for construction project is set forth the partial

construction engineering project and measures of project and other projects and the corresponding number and the name of the fees and taxes project content such as detail list. Is stipulated in the contract for all engineering project and content, according to the project location, character and their quantity, unit price, price list etc, used for bidding quotation and bid after the basis of calculating the project cost, it is an important part of the contract. Bill of quantities bidding control valence is formulated by has the ability of the tenderer or with appropriate qualifications entrusted by the engineering cost consultation people according to the national (or local) released the unification of the engineering project, the project of unified rules, calculation of engineering quantity of coding, unified the project name, unified measurement units, as well as the design drawings and the tender documents and with reference to the technical standards prescribed by the state and economic quota data compiled by the expectation of bidding project construction cost control. These tables include partial bill of quantities, measures the project list, project list, administrative fees project list and other tax declaration, the accuracy and integrity by the tenderer.
